PEOPLE ANALYTICS IN THE NHS: FROM CULTURAL CHANGE TO INFORMED WORKFORCE DECISIONS
Activ8 Intelligence’s Managing Director, Heidi Lopez will be hosting a talk alongside Caroline Durdle, Head of Strategic Workforce Development at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. Working with Liaison Workforce, the trust has successfully implemented Activ8’s people analytics platform, illumin8HR, to unite their people data enabling informed and impactful workforce decisions.

With over 400 people managers now using the platform, Caroline will also detail the ultimate outcomes and successes thereafter.
