PEOPLE ANALYTICS IN THE NHS: FROM CULTURAL CHANGE TO INFORMED WORKFORCE DECISIONS

Activ8 Intelligence’s Managing Director, Heidi Lopez will be hosting a talk alongside Caroline Durdle, Head of Strategic Workforce Development at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. Working with Liaison Workforce, the trust has successfully implemented  Activ8’s people analytics platform, illumin8HR, to unite their people data enabling informed and impactful workforce decisions.

Caroline will look at the data challenges facing them, such as report overload and the need to triangulate data across multiple systems, stakeholder engagement and the need for cultural change, and the approach they took to implementing their people analytics programme. With over 400 people managers now using the platform, Caroline will also detail the ultimate outcomes and successes thereafter.

Activ8’s talk looks to inform other individuals and organisations of potential strategies for identification of people data improvements, and tips for implementing change. Come along to the talk at 11:40am to hear more!
